We take copyright infringement very seriously and do our utmost to ensure that every image is correctly licensed and complies with both moral and legal guidelines.
Crediting artists
Under the licenses obtained, we do not need to credit the original artist if they have sold their image under a commercial licence.
How we obtain our images
Hampshire Prints Ltd obtains the right to sell images through MOD Open licence images, in-house photographers and digital artists, stock image licencing under commercial use terms, royalty-free images, public domain images, direct purchases from the copyright owner, purchased scanned slides we've digitised, gifted images, and commission agreements with the copyright holder.
Image records & concerns
We hold complete and full records of our images and their origin. If you have any concerns about an image, please contact legal@hampshireprints.co.uk.
Usage terms
All images and prints provided are for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent of Hampshire Prints Ltd. Any unauthorised resale or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
