HMS Grimsby M108 Sandown Class Minehunter Photo Print
HMS Grimsby (M108), a Sandown Class minehunter, is seen from her starboard side as she makes way under a grey, overcast sky, with a low coastline behind her. Her White Ensign flies from the stern, sailors stand on the forecastle and the upper bridge, and a blue flag at the masthead and a matching badge on the funnel appear to be NATO markings. The date and place are not recorded.
In her later years Grimsby worked frequently with NATO. In 2018 she crossed the North Sea to Molde in Norway with HMS Ramsey, HMS Hurworth and HMS Cattistock for Exercise Trident Juncture, training in the sheltered waters of the fjords. In 2022 she joined NATO's standing minehunting group in northern Europe and took part in Exercise Cold Response off Norway, clearing routes for larger ships, before being decommissioned that October and later handed to the Ukrainian Navy as Chernihiv.

We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
