British Army AH-64E Apache Over Salisbury Plain September 2024 Photo Print
A British Army AH-64E Apache attack helicopter flies straight at the camera over Salisbury Plain Training Area on 19 September 2024, during the Experimentation and Trials Group's recce-strike live fire demonstration at Imber. Rocket pods hang from the outer pylons, the radar dome sits above the rotor head, and the hazy plain with its winding track stretches out below.
The AH-64E replaced the Westland-built Apache AH Mk1, which the Army Air Corps flew from the early 2000s and took to Afghanistan from 2006 to 2014. The first of the 50 E models arrived in the United Kingdom in 2020, bringing more powerful engines, better sensors and the ability to work with drones. The British Apache force is based at Wattisham Flying Station in Suffolk.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
