British Army AAC Apache Helicopter Front On Oman October 2021 Photo Print
An Army Air Corps Apache of the British Army faces the camera head on across the pale concrete at RAFO Musannah in Oman on 14 October 2021, rotors turning and a crewman visible behind the front canopy. The radar dome sits on top of the rotor mast, the missile rails under the stub wings are empty, and one round external tank hangs beneath a wing. The aircraft was deployed with 1st Aviation Brigade Combat Team for Exercise Pinion Oman 21.
The Apache attack helicopter joined the Army Air Corps in the early 2000s, built under licence by Westland, and went on to fly in Afghanistan from 2006 and over Libya from HMS Ocean in 2011. The Army has since replaced those aircraft with the newer AH-64E version. Desert exercises such as Pinion Oman let crews practise flying and maintaining the aircraft in heat and dust far from home.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
