British Army M270 MLRS Live Firing Grafenwoehr July 2022 Photo Print
An M270 MLRS rocket launcher of 26th Regiment Royal Artillery, British Army, fires a rocket during Exercise Dynamic Front 22 at Grafenwoehr Training Area in Germany on 18th July 2022. The rocket climbs away to the left over forested hills trailing a long plume of smoke, while the launcher sits side-on in a field of dry summer grass with her pod raised, a Union flag on the cab and white smoke rolling out behind her.
The M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System is an American tracked launcher, carrying its rockets in two pods on a raised mount behind an armoured cab, and the British Army took it into service around 1990. 26th Regiment Royal Artillery, the West Midland Gunners, was formed in 1947 and converted to MLRS as the 3rd (United Kingdom) Division’s deep fires regiment, confirming its readiness in the role at the end of 2019. The regiment is based at Purvis Lines in Larkhill on Salisbury Plain.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
