British Army Royal Dragoon Guards Challenger 2 BATUS June 2004 Photo Print
A Challenger 2 main battle tank of 2nd Troop, The Royal Dragoon Guards, British Army, rolls along a dusty track across the prairie at BATUS, Alberta, Canada, in June 2004, during Exercise Medicine Man 2. Coming towards the camera with her port side showing, she has her turret traversed to the left so the long 120mm barrel reaches out across the frame. Two crew sit heads-up in the turret hatches wearing helmets, and the hull is painted in a disruptive pattern with callsign 12 on the turret side. Stowage boxes and kit are strapped across the front, dust trails out behind her, and green grass and pale prairie run up to a soft, overcast sky.
The Royal Dragoon Guards was formed on 1 August 1992 by bringing together the 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards and the 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards, carrying forward cavalry lineages that reach back to the late 17th century. The Medicine Man exercises at Suffield put each armoured battle group through weeks of manoeuvre and live firing on the open prairie, the largest training area available to the British Army.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
