HMS Agincourt D86 Battle Class Destroyer Underway Photo Print
HMS Agincourt (D86), a Royal Navy Battle Class destroyer, lies broadside on to the camera along her full port side, with D86 painted both forward and near her stern and the White Ensign lifting at the ensign staff. The water is calm under a flat grey sky, with a low strip of coastline on the horizon. This view shows her rebuilt after end clearly, with the Seacat missile launcher aft, the large deckhouse ahead of it and a round dome on the second mast; the date is not recorded.
After returning from her conversion in 1962 she served with both the Home and Mediterranean Fleets. Her active career was short after that, and in 1966 she was reduced to the Operational Reserve. She was placed on the disposal list in 1972 and was broken up at Sunderland in 1974, not far from the Tyne yard where she was built.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
