HMS Andromeda F57 Leander Class Frigate July 1992 Photo Print
HMS Andromeda (F57), a Leander Class frigate, leaves Portsmouth in July 1992, filling the frame from off her port bow as she passes close to the camera. Sailors stand on her forecastle, one right up at the bow, a White Ensign streams aft, and broken cloud sits above a low shoreline on the left.
This view comes from the closing years of her Royal Navy career. In 1995 she was sold to India, renamed INS Krishna and used as a training ship, finally being decommissioned at Mumbai on 24 May 2012, 44 years to the day after her launch at Portsmouth.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
