HMS Archer P264 Archer Class P2000 Patrol Vessel September 2016 On the Thames Photo Print
HMS Archer (P264), an Archer Class patrol vessel, comes towards the camera on the brown, tidal Thames on 5 September 2016, showing her port bow under a heavy, overcast sky. Officers in white shirts and caps line her flybridge, while riverside warehouse flats sit along the bank behind her and the Shard stands tall on the right of the frame.
That day she was working in London on trials of MAST, the Maritime Autonomy Surface Testbed, an uncrewed craft built on the Bladerunner hull by the Portchester firm ASV Ltd with research funding from Dstl. Archer shadowed the uncrewed boat on the tidal river as it was put through its paces ahead of Unmanned Warrior 2016, held off west Wales and north west Scotland later that autumn. MAST was one of more than forty autonomous systems taking part in that exercise.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
