HMS Chatham F87 Type 22 Frigate 16 June 2010 From Above Photo Print
HMS Chatham (F87), a Royal Navy Type 22 frigate, seen from high above her starboard bow on 16 June 2010, on patrol in the International Recommended Transit Corridor in the Gulf of Aden. Her forecastle, anchor cables and 4.5 inch gun fill the foreground, a White Ensign flies from her mainmast, and a merchant vehicle carrier steams along the corridor on the hazy horizon ahead.
Chatham spent 2010 on Operation Ocean Shield, a seven month deployment in which she led NATO counter-piracy operations as flagship across the Gulf of Aden, the Horn of Africa and the Somali Basin. On 17 May 2010 she destroyed two pirate boats in the Somali Basin, forcing their crews to head back to Somalia in their mother ship.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
