HMS Convolvulus K45 Flower Class Corvette 1945 Photo Print
HMS Convolvulus (K45), a Flower Class corvette, rests on a calm sea under an overcast sky in 1945, seen along her port side. Her pennant number is painted twice, once on the bow and again near the stern, and several of her crew are gathered around the single gun on the forecastle.
Convolvulus was built by Charles Hill and Sons of Bristol, laid down on 17 January 1940, launched on 22 September that year and commissioned on 26 February 1941. She spent her war in the Battle of the Atlantic, the long campaign to keep the convoy routes open, and was scrapped in 1947.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
