HMS Dragon D35 Type 45 Destroyer Red Sea June 2026 Photo Print
HMS Dragon (D35), a Royal Navy Type 45 destroyer, moves at an easy pace across calm, sunlit blue water on 21 June 2026, the day she sailed into the Red Sea with a combined British and German task group. Taken from the air, the frame shows her whole port side from the dragon on her bow to the empty flight deck, with only a short wake at her stern.
She entered the Red Sea alongside RFA Lyme Bay, which had been converted into a mine countermeasures mothership carrying autonomous and remotely operated minehunting systems, and the German Navy ships FGS Mosel and FGS Fulda. Dragon's job was to shield Lyme Bay from missile and drone attack on the passage south, and the German ships stayed with the group as far as the Gulf of Aden before leaving for Djibouti on 23 June.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
