HMS Medway P223 River Class Patrol Vessel October 2025 Caribbean Photo Print
HMS Medway (P223), a River Class patrol vessel, lies beam on in a deep blue Caribbean sea, bow to the right, so her starboard side and the angular dazzle scheme of pale and darker greys fill the frame. The photograph dates from October 2025 and was taken under a clear sky, with P223 painted large on her forward hull and the crane above her open working deck aft standing clear of the horizon.
From January 2020 Medway was the Royal Navy's standing patrol ship in the North Atlantic and Caribbean, supporting the British Overseas Territories in the region. Much of that work was done alongside the United States Coast Guard and regional law enforcement agencies against drug trafficking at sea, and she was on call for the islands through each hurricane season. She left the Caribbean at the end of 2025 and took over as Falkland Islands guard ship in January 2026.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
