HMS Prince of Wales R09 Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier June 2025 Singapore Skyline Photo Print
HMS Prince of Wales (R09), a Royal Navy Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carrier, entering Singapore on 23 June 2025, in a close view of her starboard bow with the pennant number R09 painted large under the overhang of the flight deck. Sailors crowd the walkways and galleries below the deck, the fins and wings of F-35B Lightnings show above them, and the office towers of the Singapore waterfront fill the background.
Her hull was put together at Rosyth from blocks built at shipyards around the United Kingdom, and the Duchess of Rothesay named her there on 8 September 2017. She ran her first sea trials in September 2019 and came in to Portsmouth, her home port, for the first time in November of that year. She was assembled in the same Rosyth dry dock that had earlier held her sister HMS Queen Elizabeth.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
