HMS Queen Elizabeth R08 Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier October 2021 Photo Print
HMS Queen Elizabeth (R08), a Royal Navy Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carrier, at the head of her task group on 19 October 2021, taken from off her starboard bow in hazy light over a quiet sea. A group of people stand out on her forward flight deck by the deck edge with F-35B Lightnings parked behind them, and the formation astern of her runs HMS Defender, HMS Richmond, HNLMS Evertsen, RFA Tidespring and RFA Fort Victoria, the furthest of them no more than a pale shape in the haze. There is no sky to speak of, only a wash of white light meeting grey-blue water.
That day USS The Sullivans left the group and turned for home after more than thirteen months with Carrier Strike Group 21, including close on eight months at sea going back to the previous summer's group exercise. In the seven months the American destroyer had spent in company with the carrier the two covered more than forty thousand nautical miles of open ocean, much of it in closely watched waters. She reached her home port of Mayport in Florida on 24 November 2021.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
