HMS Roebuck H130 Coastal Survey Vessel Millenium Dome Photo Print
HMS Roebuck (H130), a Royal Navy coastal survey vessel, heads down the Thames off the Greenwich peninsula, seen from her port quarter with her bow pointing away to the left. The white roof and yellow support masts of the Millennium Dome fill the far bank behind her, and storage tanks and a jetty stand beyond her stern. Signal flags run from her halyards, her pennant number shows on both her bow and her stern, and heavy grey cloud hangs over the river. The date it was taken is not recorded.
In 2008 Roebuck took on a job well outside normal survey work, serving as the command platform for Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group One. The group's staff were embarked in her while minehunters from Germany, Belgium and Latvia, with Polish, French, Dutch and Danish ships joining at intervals, worked through exercises and operations in the Baltic, the North Sea and the Atlantic. The Portsmouth minehunter HMS Hurworth spent six months with the group that year.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
