HMS Trafalgar S107 Trafalgar Class Submarine 1996 Photo Print
HMS Trafalgar (S107), a Royal Navy Trafalgar Class submarine, heads almost straight towards the camera on the Clyde on 14 May 1996, her rounded bow pressing a smooth swell of water ahead of her in bright, calm weather. Sailors in white caps are busy on the casing in front of the fin, heads show at the top of the fin beside her ensign, and wooded hills with a rocky peak beyond rise behind her in this upright portrait view.
Trafalgar spent much of her service based at Devonport. In late 2001 she fired Tomahawk cruise missiles at targets in Afghanistan during Operation Veritas, the first boat of her class to do so, and she came back into Plymouth Sound flying the Jolly Roger in March 2002. In November 2002 she ran aground on Fladda-chuain, off the Isle of Skye, during a training exercise, causing serious damage to her hull.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
