British Army Guards Bands Trooping the Colour The Mall June 2022 Photo Print
The bands of the Foot Guards, British Army, march down The Mall in London during Trooping the Colour on 2 June 2022, the parade that opened the Platinum Jubilee weekend. Musicians in scarlet tunics and bearskins fill the road from kerb to kerb, with drum majors in gold state coats among the ranks, Union Flags hung from every lamp standard and the trees in full leaf on either side. More than 1,400 soldiers and 250 horses took part in the whole parade.
The Household Division is made up of the five regiments of Foot Guards, the Grenadier, Coldstream, Scots, Irish and Welsh Guards, together with the two regiments of the Household Cavalry. Trooping the Colour has marked the Sovereign's official birthday for more than 250 years, and in 2022 it was the 1st Battalion Irish Guards whose Colour was trooped. The Guards bands are full-time Army musicians who also play at Changing the Guard, state visits and the Cenotaph.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
