British Army Scots Guards Husky Vehicle Lashkar Gah October 2010 Photo Print
A Husky protected support vehicle used by soldiers of 1st Battalion, Scots Guards, British Army, throws up dust as it moves through Lashkar Gah in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, on 8 October 2010. A helmeted gunner stands in the open turret behind a mounted machine gun, a black pennant flies from one of the tall antennae, and low mud walls and compounds fade into the haze behind.
The Scots Guards trace their origins to 1642, when a regiment was raised in Scotland, and they are one of the five regiments of Foot Guards in the Household Division, serving on both ceremonial and operational duties. The Husky was one of the Tactical Support Vehicles bought for Afghanistan, built to carry troops and stores with far better protection against mines and roadside bombs than the soft-skinned vehicles used in those roles before it.
This print is ideal for Scots Guards and British Army veterans, those who served in Helmand and anyone with a connection to the regiment.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
