RAF Red Arrows Edinburgh Tattoo Flypast August 2023 Photo Print
The Red Arrows, the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, pass overhead in a tight formation of nine Hawk T1 jets on 12th August 2023, flying over Edinburgh for the opening of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Seen from directly beneath against a deep blue sky with scattered cloud, the two aircraft on the left trail red smoke, the three in the centre white and the two on the right blue, while the lead aircraft and the one behind it fly clear. In the lower left corner a White Ensign streams from a flagpole.
Each Red Arrows display pilot serves a tour of three years with the team, and every one is an experienced Royal Air Force fast jet pilot before being selected. New pilots join each year to replace those leaving, so the team keeps a mix of experience in every season. The jets are maintained by the team’s engineers at their home base, RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire, and on the road throughout the display season.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
