RAF Red Arrows Over Edinburgh Castle July 2023 Photo Print
The nine Hawks of the Royal Air Force Red Arrows pass over Edinburgh Castle on 5 July 2023, the day of the National Service of Thanksgiving for the King in Scotland. The photograph looks up the castle rock from below. Five jets fly in line abreast with four more trailing back in echelon, their red, white and blue smoke drifting across a grey and white sky above the stone walls and the curved Half Moon Battery.
The service in St Giles' Cathedral marked the presentation of the Honours of Scotland (the Crown, Sceptre and Sword of State) to the King and Queen. These are the oldest crown jewels in the British Isles and are normally kept in the castle. More than 700 members of the Armed Forces led the ceremonial parts of the day, and the service was followed by a 21 gun salute from the castle and this flypast.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
