RAF Red Arrows Three Hawks Knife-Edge Croatia April 2023 Photo Print
Three Hawk T1 jets of the Red Arrows, the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, pass close together in the sky over Croatia on 21st April 2023, during Exercise Springhawk, the team’s pre-season training abroad. In the centre, one jet comes almost head-on with her wings level, trailing blue smoke beneath her. On either side, two more Hawks are rolled onto their sides with their wings standing straight up and down. The jet on the left shows her red upper surfaces and white stripes as she pours out red smoke, and the one on the right is seen from beneath as she flies away. Thin white trails curl from their wingtips against the pale blue sky.
Those thin white lines are wingtip vortices. As a jet pulls hard, the air spinning off the end of each wing drops in pressure, and the moisture in it briefly condenses into visible cloud. They show how much force the aircraft are under, and they are seen most often in humid air and at the tightest moments of a display.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
