RFA Lyme Bay L3007 Bay Class Ship June 2026 Photo Print
RFA Lyme Bay (L3007), a Royal Fleet Auxiliary Bay Class landing ship, shows her port side to the camera in the Red Sea in June 2026, photographed from an aircraft at a lower and more distant angle than a straight overhead view. Calm blue water stretches to a hazy horizon, the gear on her mission deck shows above the bulwarks, and her closed stern gate and short wake sit at the right of the frame.
The Bay Class was developed from the Dutch Enforcer design, with a floodable well dock able to take a landing craft, a flight deck big enough for a Chinook and room for around 350 embarked troops. That open, adaptable layout is what allowed Lyme Bay to be turned into a minehunting base, and in June 2026 she passed through the Red Sea with the German command ship FGS Mosel and minehunter FGS Fulda, guarded by the destroyer HMS Dragon against the threat of Houthi missile and drone attack.
This print is ideal for Royal Fleet Auxiliary veterans, those who sailed in the 2026 UK and German task group and anyone with a connection to Bay Class ships and their crews.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
