RFA Mounts Bay L3008 Bay Class Ship July 2018 Low Port Bow View Photo Print
RFA Mounts Bay (L3008), a Royal Fleet Auxiliary Bay Class ship, heads out of harbour at Curaçao on 22 July 2018 after a two-week maintenance period, her port bow towards the camera and a line running from her forecastle. Colourful waterfront buildings line the shore to the left, a high arched road bridge spans the skyline beyond her stern, and broken white cloud sits over grey-green harbour water.
In 2018 she spent the Caribbean hurricane season on station in the region, with a Wildcat helicopter of 815 Naval Air Squadron embarked. Later that July her crew ran a humanitarian and disaster relief exercise on Montserrat, watched by the Armed Forces Minister, Mark Lancaster, whose visit was meant to reassure the Overseas Territories after Hurricanes Irma and Maria had struck the region in September 2017.
This print is ideal for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary mariners and embarked Wildcat aircrew of her 2018 Caribbean deployment, and anyone with a connection to Curaçao or the British Overseas Territories in the West Indies.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
