British Army 1 Regiment AAC Soldiers Prone Caerwent November 2023 Photo Print
Soldiers of 1 Regiment Army Air Corps, British Army, lie prone in a long line along a hedgerow, rifles aimed across lush green grass, during the final attack of Exercise Urban Maple at Caerwent Training Area in Monmouthshire on 16 November 2023. Yellow blank firing attachments show on the muzzles of their SA80 rifles, and more soldiers crouch by the bare hedge further along. Fire support for the attack came from 13 (EW) Regiment, Royal Signals.
The Army Air Corps was first formed in 1942 as the parent corps of the Glider Pilot Regiment and the Parachute Regiment, and was re-formed in its present shape in 1957. 1 Regiment AAC flies the Wildcat AH1 from RNAS Yeovilton in Somerset, and Urban Maple gave its ground support troops five days of training in built-up areas, including refuelling helicopters in an urban setting. Caerwent, a former Royal Naval Propellant Factory, is one of the Army's main urban training areas.

Framing & Mounting
We provide a bright white mount as standard. If you prefer an alternative colour, please contact us. Depending on the print's size and orientation, we may occasionally need to adjust the mount's size or shape to ensure the best presentation.
Our frame selection is extensive, and due to website limitations not every style can be listed. If you have a particular colour or design in mind, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss available options.
The final frame size and proportions may vary slightly based on the image ratio. Occasionally, frames may need to be a little taller or wider than the chosen size; however, they will never be smaller than the specified dimensions.
