HMS Arabis (K385) was a Royal Navy Flower Class Corvette launched in 1943. On completion, she was lent to the Royal New Zealand Navy, serving as HMNZS Arabis during the latter stages of the Second World War. Designed primarily for escort duties, vessels of this class played a critical role in protecting Allied shipping during the Battle of the Atlantic, countering the threat posed by German U-boats. Arabis was returned to the Royal Navy in 1948 and was later scrapped in 1951, marking the end of her operational service.
