About the Author

Lee Edwards writes about what he loves, covering ship histories and fleet features for Hampshire Prints.

Lee served in the Royal Navy and now photographs the modern fleet from the Portsmouth shoreline. Living in the Portsmouth area gives him the opportunity to continue his connection with the Royal Navy and the ships that make up the modern fleet. His articles draw on his own service, time spent alongside the ships themselves, and extensive archive research into each vessel's history.

Lee also has a keen interest in digital restoration and design, he has been part of the Hampshire Prints team since its inception.

Every print sold by Hampshire Prints is either an original photograph or a carefully restored archive image, licensed and made to order in the UK.
